Non-Refundable Items:

  1. Health and Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene reasons, certain products like health supplements, personal care items, and similar products cannot be returned once opened or used unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping Costs on Return: If the product is returned due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to reasons other than our error, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

Refund Confirmation:

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the customer will need to initiate a return after receiving the product.
